asb law has today announced that it has signed a contract with Elevate Services Inc. to become the first UK law firm to adopt its dedicated legal project management solution, Cael LPM™.
Working in partnership with Elevate Services Inc., asb law is developing the system to provide full transparency of matters for clients and to allow full collaboration across the platform.
Lyndsey Ratcliffe, partner at asb law, demonstrated the solution to a large number of General Counsel at the recent Corporate Counsel Compliance Exchange in London and received an overwhelmingly positive response. “We have initially used Cael LPM™ to scope out the various stages of litigation and it has been well received by our Corporate Counsel clients in particular. By providing our clients with access to the platform we will use it as a collaborative tool to agree the scope, timeframe and budget for each project and report regularly against progress” states Ratcliffe. “Our aim is to put clients very firmly in control of their matters – highlighting where budget, time and resource can be altered to meet their desired outcome.”
Commenting on the contract, managing partner Andrew Clinton notes, “For a number of years clients of legal services have been requesting change from their external legal advisers – asking for more transparency, efficient and flexible resourcing of matters, and requesting a clear sense of certainty on budgets. This investment is another step in our commitment to re-engineer our processes and deliver additional value to our clients.”
John Croft of Elevate Services Inc. adds “We designed the Cael LPM™ system with law firms’ clients in mind. We are delighted that asb law has become the first UK law firm to adopt the system and we look forward to delivering exceptional value to them and their clients.”
