We’re thrilled to welcome a new associate and two new solicitors, who join other recent appointments spanning a range of roles.
Each new individual adds another dimension of experience to our offering. Several have broad commercial acumen and unique life experience developed outside of a purely legal sphere which we’re certain will prove useful in helping us to apply genuine insight and pragmatic solutions in service delivery.
Associate, Mourad Greiss, joined the commercial team. Mourad is dual qualified in the UK and Egypt and is a certified member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He joins asb law from Cordery Compliance and Cubism Law. Formerly an in-house lawyer responsible for International Trade and Competition at Ezz Steel Plc, he has broad commercial law experience and strong business acumen.
Rob Green, Director, Commercial said, “I am really pleased to be adding Mourad’s blend of external advisory and in-house experience to the team and am looking forward to introducing him to our clients.”
Mourad added, “I am delighted to have joined asb law. Many law firms claim that they are client-centric and that the client is at the heart of what they do, but when you look at their operating model, including their pricing structure, they are often not what they state. asb law does things differently and aims to achieve something better for its clients – I was attracted by the firm’s commerciality and focus on delivering client value.”
Having trained and qualified at London firm, Freshfields, Duncan set up his own business owning and running two central London estate agency and letting businesses for seven years before selling in November 2018 to restart his legal career.
