Stephen has an excellent track record in high net worth matrimonial finance cases acting for clients in the South East, London and abroad. His specialist areas include matrimonial financial remedy claims, particularly complex areas involving tax, business & property, interests and offshore, as well as dealing with cohabitee disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements and Children Act cases.  

Stephen is a trained collaborative lawyer and can offer the benefit of a collaborative process to his clients. He is also an advocate of the Family Law Arbitration process.

While Stephen holds professional memberships with the Law Society and Resolution, he is also a Fellow of the International Compliance Association. He has several reported cases and has written articles in The Lawyer, Family Law Journal, The Times Online and Spears. Stephen also regularly appears on local BBC Radio to talk about family law issues.
