Sarah’s experience spans the spectrum of employment law matters, and her day-to-day advisory work involves helping employers of all sizes through challenging issues involving redundancy, disciplinaries, grievances and TUPE.

Sarah has dealt with a broad range of tribunal claims covering numerous issues, including unfair dismissal and constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, employment status, breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages. She also has substantial experience of dealing with complex exits, including negotiating of settlement terms and settlement agreements.

In addition, Sarah supports our Corporate Finance team with business transactions.

Sarah regularly speaks at the firm's employment breakfast forums, and at events hosted by external bodies. Sarah is also an active member of the local community and is a governor at Trafalgar Community Infant School.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and maintained 'Associate to Watch' in Chambers legal directory for two consecutive years.
