Rebecca provides commercial advice to employers and senior executives on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters including drafting contracts, post termination restrictions and disciplinary procedures. She regularly supports employers in employment tribunal claims, defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

With over 13 years of employment law experience, Rebecca's commercial, pragmatic style and ability to immerse herself in the client business to ensure advice is relevant and on point both legally and commercially has led to clients praising her "technical knowledge and commercial awareness". They further praise her "ability to understand the organisational operation relevant to the area being discussed, and thus provide realistic solutions in a timely manner.”  

Rebecca manages key client relationships and, with a diploma in legal practice management, is at the forefront of driving the firm’s innovative technical initiatives to provide transparent, flexible and cost certain solutions to clients.

Rebecca is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and was ranked as ‘Associate to Watch’ in Chambers & Partners 2016, 2017 and 2018 and 2019. She is also recommended in the 2018 Legal 500 directory.
