Laurel is an integral part of the residential conveyancing team, dealing with the majority of matters once contracts have been exchanged.

Laurel works on matters for completion including preparing completion statements, after exchange searches and requesting mortgage money or redemption statements. Post-completion, Laurel then deals with submitting the Stamp Duty Land Tax return form to the Inland Revenue and registration at Land Registry.
