Glen advises to the needs of vulnerable people and their families, with special interest in Court of Protection.

Glen advises on tax planning, trust and estate administration and asset protection with particular interest and experience in the needs of vulnerable people and their families. He has particular interest in financial management and structuring of financial matters including care home fee planning, asset protection, the use of trusts to manage financial matters for persons at risk (including Personal Injury trusts),  tax planning for the vulnerable, and trust creation and administration.
Glen heads our specialist vulnerable people team and has acted on a Court of Protection panel of approved deputies for over 14 years. Glen acts as a professional Deputy, Attorney, Executor and Trustee.

Glen also supports charities in administering legacies, bequests and estates left to them. He provides advice on the incidence of IHT, CGT and Income Tax during the administration of trusts and estates. He also provides training and support for legacy officers.
Glen acts as honorary solicitor to Citizens Rights for Older People, a Kent-based charity, and regularly speaks to a wide range of interest groups, local authorities and charities providing both training to professionals and advisers, or sign posting and education for service users and their families.
