asb law LLP, shortlisted for national innovation award
We are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted in the best leadership of innovation category in the 2016 Managing Partner Forum (MPF) Awards.
The category recognises a law firm whose leader has jettisoned the traditional model of setting direction and inspiring others in favour of being a social architect who creates and shapes a context and culture in which others are both willing and able to innovate.
The MPF awards, in conjunction with Harvard Business Review and The Financial Times, is the only awards scheme worldwide that highlights a management team’s contribution to strategy, leadership, the client experience, operational excellence and responsible business across the legal sector.
Commenting on the shortlist success, Managing Partner, Andrew Clinton said: “We are seeking to differentiate ourselves in the market through our innovative approach to the delivery of legal services. By aligning our structure, metrics and reward system to the needs of our target clients we are able to place them at the heart of everything we do. This has enabled us to build stronger relationships with existing clients and has opened many doors to new opportunities with prospects who find a fresh approach refreshing.
“We are delighted to have been recognised as one of the industry’s leading innovators as we strive to become the law firm clients would design.”
Winners will be announced at a black tie gala dinner and awards ceremony, taking place at the London Marriot Hotel on the evening of Wednesday 9 March 2016.
