asb law LLP shortlisted as an innovator in the delivery of legal services
We are delighted to have been unveiled as a finalist in Legal Week’s Innovation Awards in the coveted category of Future of Legal Services Innovation.
In a scheme which celebrates creative excellence in the legal profession, the award recognises innovation in the delivery of legal services.
Commenting on the shortlist success, Managing Partner, Andrew Clinton said:
“In order to achieve our strategic goal of becoming a market-driven firm, we spent a lot of time talking to our target clients to find better ways of delivering legal services. We decided, on the basis of that market feedback, that the most effective way of differentiating ourselves as a law firm was to reject the traditional delivery model in favour of an entreprenurial approach, in which our firm is aligned with the interests of our target clients.”
“This approach has seen us launch consultancy services, change our organisational structure, embrace best practice from other industries and align our metrics and reward system with our clients’ objectives. This shows our clients and prospective buyers that we really do have their best interests at heart. We are now recognised by the industry and, much more importantly, by our clients as offering something different and compelling.”
“We are delighted to have been recognised as one of the industry’s leading innovators as we strive to become the law firm clients would design.”
Winners will be announced at an awards luncheon taking place at The Brewery, London on Friday 27 May 2016.
