asb law acts for the Shareholders of The Sheriffs Office

The corporate team at asb law has recently advised High Court and civil enforcement business, The Sheriffs Office as it was acquired by High Court Enforcement Group (HCE Group).

Both businesses will continue to operate as separate legal entities following the acquisition.  The two firms will be building on their combined strengths in a number of areas which will see the Group as a whole, including their judicial services firm Excel Civil Enforcement, become the largest independent and privately owned High Court enforcement company in England and Wales.

asb law’s team for this deal was led by Partner and head of department, Helen Mead.  Commenting on the deal Helen said “It was a pleasure to support The Sheriffs Office throughout this transaction.  The combined experience and expertise of both businesses with enable them to harness new opportunities and provide a unique offering for both existing and new clients.”

Other advisors acting in the transaction included legal practice SAS Daniels and accounting firm Sage & Company Business Advisors Ltd.
