The partnership will see Intelligent Office manage a diverse range of functions including PA support to partners and other lawyers, document production, matter administration, general administrative support and front of house services.
Commenting on the partnership, Managing Partner Andrew Clinton said: “Following an extensive review of our secretarial and facilities functions, we have joined forces with Intelligent Office in a move to not only establish a scalable support function which meets the needs of the firm today, and that is flexible to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans, but also ensures our services remain responsive and consistent to meet the changing needs of our clients.
“Our people play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of being the law firm clients would design through their contribution to and delivery of our strategy. The partnership with Intelligent Office not only enables us to further our client-centric approach but also affords greater support, development, and recognition to our support staff.
“We first became aware of Intelligent Office as we acted for YFM when they invested in the service provider as a result of the business’s ambitious growth plans. Our experience to date has been extremely positive and we look forward to the relationship developing over the coming months and years.”
Rachel McCorry, Intelligent Office’s Chief Executive, said: “It is clear that asb law is a hugely progressive and innovative firm with a very clear vision for the future.
