handshake dealThe top-tier ranked corporate team at Kent and Sussex based asb law have had a busy week - successfully completing five business deals across the region.

  • Foresight Group investment in ITAD (2011) Ltd
    Foresight’s investment will allow ITAD to grow and provide their services to a wider range of Non-Governmental Organisations, helping international development and delivering a positive impact on people’s lives around the world. Meta Corporate Finance acted as lead advisory. The asb team was led by Claire Williams and Russell Bell, assisted by Chloe Gill.
  • Business sale of Blue Helix Ltd to Newbury Investments (UK) Ltd
    The sale of Crawley-based Blue Helix Ltd, a distributer of fibre-optic and copper networking products, to Newbury Investments (UK) Ltd, part of the Norbain group of companies. Andrew Hoad led the team, acting on behalf of shareholders, with support from Nikki Ashfield and Chloe Gill.
  • Business sale of Gatwick Plant Ltd to R. Swain & Sons Ltd for an undisclosed sum
    Gatwick Plant, which is based in Horley, is a longstanding client of asb law and provides specialist plant and services with particular expertise in airport infrastructure projects. Andrew Hoad led the team with support from Nikki Ashfield, Michael Bailey and Chloe Gill.
  • Business sale of an established Kent-based company
    asb law acted for the sellers of an established Kent-based provider of electrical and mechanical maintenance services with a client base throughout London and the surrounding counties. Daniel Tozer and Russell Bell led the deal.
  • Markerstudy’s Auto Windscreens completed its acquisition of Autowindshields from The AA
    Auto Windscreens gained 200 new members of staff and an office in Preston together with an exclusive ten-year agreement for the AA to use Auto Windscreens to deliver glass repair and replacement services for its members and insurance policy holders. The deal was led by Claire Williams, supported by Chris Worthington, Sarah Brockhurst and Rebecca Thornley-Gibson.
