asb law acts for cyclist left with severe brain injury following accident
The specialist brain injury legal team at asb law in Crawley has acted for a cyclist who was injured in a Sussex traffic collision in 2009. London’s High Court recently awarded more than £5million in damages to the cyclist who was left with severe brain injuries following the accident.
The High Court Judge praised the ‘incredible devotion’ shown by the cyclist’s family and hoped that the settlement would ‘go some way to helping with the difficulties ahead’.
Francis Lacy-Scott, Partner – Head of Claims, at asb law commented: “Cyclists remain extremely vulnerable in any traffic collision and this accident had a devastating effect on our client and his family. It was a complex case but the damages awarded will support our client in his care and provide the best possible quality of life for the years ahead.”
