Collaborative Family Law - A new way to resolve divorce and family disputes with dignity and respect

Divorce takes an immense toll. Time, emotions and financial resources are often sacrificed.  There is another way, a less adversarial, more solution-oriented alternative:

Collaborative Family Law

With divorces now exceeding 150,000 each year, the simple fact is that nearly 50% of all marriages end in divorce.  A similar number of unmarried couples also experience relationship breakdown.

The Collaborative Family Law process is a relatively new way of dealing with family disputes.  The aim is to resolve family disputes without going to court, and as there is no court imposed timetable, you can deal with resolving your matters at a pace that suits your family unit.
