Welcome back everyone! And Happy New Year.

We hope that you all had a quiet and peaceful Christmas break -- or maybe like us you didn't!

We've been full on since we circulated our last set of tombstones at the end of November, and the deals listed below were all completed during the 18 working days we had in December, in between festive lunches, dinners and drinks parties, the last one closing at midday on Hogmanay!

Our pipeline is still looking pretty solid for the first part of 2012, but as always who knows what Q2 will bring?
