As well as dealing with the initial purchase, we were also involved in creating new leases for the flats, preparing full information packs for potential purchasers including service charge details, dealing with NHBC to obtain the appropriate guarantees for the newly converted properties and ensuring that Planning Completion Certificates were obtained.
