Remortgaging your home
If remortgaging sounds simple, that’s because it is.
However, your lender will still need to carry out a valuation, title checks have to be made, and searches that you did when you bought your home may well need to be renewed.
We often act for both parties on a remortgage – for you and your new lender – and we will deal with discharging your existing mortgage. Acting for both parties avoids duplicating the cost.
