Disputes happen all the time but when it happens at work and you’re on the receiving end of a disciplinary, or you’re bringing a grievance, it can feel a little lonely.
You’re entitled to be treated fairly and you have a right to be heard. But speaking out for yourself can be daunting, and you may not know the best way to make yourself heard.
We can help you communicate your concerns and represent you so that you have the best chance of getting your points across.
If things don’t get resolved in the way you want, we’ll advise on whether you have any legitimate claims to take matters further. If we think your claims are justified, we’ll work hard to support you in external claims for a remedy such as making a claim in the Employment Tribunal, County Courts or High Courts.
