Specialist commercial dispute resolution lawyer with particular expertise in intellectual property and IT, fraud and misconduct, and the travel sector.
Lyndsey has experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial disputes through the national courts, as well as through arbitration, adjudication and mediation. She frequently represents clients in large scale and complex disputes, while utilising her experience to advise others on mitigating the risk and impact of litigation.
Lyndsey has extensive experience in handling fraud investigations, asset recovery litigation and injunctive proceedings. She regularly advises on issues of misconduct and has recently obtained a number of injunctions for breach of restrictive covenant and/or misuse of confidential information.
Lyndsey has particular experience in intellectual property and IT disputes and leads our multi-disciplinary Intellectual Property & Technology team.
Lyndsey is a keen member of our Travel team and acts for a broad range of companies operating within the travel sector. She often presents on travel law issues.
Lyndsey is a member of Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce, Wired Sussex and the Society for Computers and Law. She is also a member of the committee of her local business association, Haywards Heath & District Business Association (HHDBA).
