Jonathan is responsible for a number of our key client relationships, including the Towergate Partnership for whom we manage a portfolio of more than 150 properties and over 200 leases. He also acts for Hillreed Homes Limited and manages the majority of their land acquisition work in Kent from small sites to major strategic options. He is currently instructed by developers and landowners on several major strategic projects in Kent and Sussex.
Jonathan has extensive experience of property investment, management, acquisitions and disposals and has acted for a private investor and Coutts & Co on the procurement of a new 36,000 square foot office building in Kent. He has also acted for a private investment trust on the acquisition of around £20m of property in the last 12 months.
Jonathan’s clients consider him very much part of their team, trusting his judgment to drive deals forward, leaving them to concentrate on the larger commercial picture knowing their lawyer has a firm grasp on what they want to achieve.
He is a regular industry commentator, contributing to both regional and national publications.
