Ian is highly regarded as a commercial real estate practitioner in the region, particularly along the south coast of Sussex where he has over 18 years’ experience specialising in commercial property transactions and property strategy for his clients. He broad range of clients includes property entrepreneurs and developers, investors, banks and multiple occupiers.
In the last twelve months he has acted for a plc multiple occupier in the acquisition of a portfolio of off-licence outlets in London and the south east with further stores being added throughout the year. He has also led a disposal of a large portfolio of HMO properties in Brighton & Hove for an off-shore client .
