Aviation law specialist advising on agreements relating to all aspects of aviation
Whilst she advises on a variety of commercial agreements, Alina’s main focus is aviation. She deals with the sale and purchase of aircraft (including passenger aircraft, freighters, corporate jets, regional jets and helicopters) and aircraft engines as well as the leasing of aircraft and engines. Alina’s expertise in aviation contracts includes joint ventures, maintenance and support agreements, power by the hour agreements, loans, leases and component exchange, aircraft management agreements and agreements for the fitment of aircraft, catering and baggage handling.
Alina is a member of the Aviation Club of the UK, the Baltic Air Charter Association, Women in Aviation and ISTAT.
