Terry undertakes property transactions for a wide range of clients from small businesses to larger construction companies, partnerships, trusts and not for profit organisations. He also deals with the property aspects of business and company acquisitions, share purchases etc.
A large part of his experience is acting for landlords and tenants of a variety of properties from commercial units and warehouses to shops and licensed premises, and management issues in relation to leasehold premises as well as the purchase and sale of such properties.

In the real world … Terry is a devoted Granddad and besotted with his two grandchildren! He is on the leadership team of his local church; his professional skills are coming in very useful as a new church building is currently under construction. He is also chairman of the Maidstone branch of Gideons International. When there’s any time to spare he tries to keep fit at the gym and enjoys swimming and cycling.
