Tania is in court on a regular basis and conducts her own advocacy whenever possible. She is a highly experienced and able advocate, recognised by District Judges and Registrars across London and the South East.
Having managed asb's contract with DBIS (Department for Business, Innovation and Skills) representing the Secretary of State in directors disqualification proceedings, she has an excellent insight into how the process works and can apply this experience in defending proceedings on behalf of directors.
Tania is an Associate member of R3. She is a regular speaker and author on insolvency issues as well as a recognised authority in the latest edition of Sealy & Milman on applications by disqualified directors for leave to act under Section 17 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986. Tania is also recognised by the UK Legal Experts publication as an expert in insolvency and corporate recovery matters in the South East.
