Sarah joined the employment team in 2009 and has experience of dealing with all aspects of employment law.
Sarah’s experience spans the spectrum of employment law matters, and her day-to-day advisory work involves helping employers of all sizes through challenging issues involving redundancy, disciplinaries, grievances and TUPE.
Sarah has dealt with a broad range of tribunal claims covering a numerous issues including unfair dismissal (including constructive unfair dismissal), discrimination, TUPE, employment status, breach of contract, and unlawful deduction from wages.
She also has substantial experience of dealing with complex exits, including negotiating of settlement terms and compromise agreements.
Sarah regularly speaks at the firm's employment breakfast forums, and at events hosted by external bodies.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
