Advises on disputes across a number of sectors with a particular focus on aviation litigation and regulation, contentious intellectual property matters and insolvency
Sam previously worked in the Flight Operations department of a major UK Charter Airline and holds qualifications in aircraft performance. This makes him an ideal candidate for asb’s Aviation sector team and he has represented aviation clients in disputes over aircraft, engine leases and in relation to aircraft maintenance, including arbitration proceedings.
He has a particular interest in contentious insolvency issues surrounding airlines and the aviation industry. Sam has also undertaken non-contentious aviation work, including acting on the sale and purchase of aircraft and aircraft engines.
