Corporate lawyer focused on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring
Rebecca specialises in all aspects of corporate law. Her principal areas of expertise are mergers, acquisitions and disposals (both share and asset), joint ventures and corporate restructuring. She has become actively involved in the Charities & Education sector team and is a member of the Charity Law Association.
Her clients have described how she "responds quickly and accurately, confidently taking into account the very different commercial characteristics of the companies in our group" and how "her legal advice is invariably grounded in commercial, good common sense.”
Rebecca qualified with one of the largest firms in Surrey and joined asb in 2011. She sat on judging panels for the Kingston University Negotiation Competitions in 2009 – 2011 and was also a member of the judging panel for the National Negotiation Competition Finals in 2011.
Rebecca is a member of the Institute of Enterprise and Enterpreneurs and is a certified SFEDI business mentor. She currently participates in the Local Business Accelerators scheme as a business mentor, a scheme devised by the Newspaper Society and backed by the Prime Minister and Deborah Meaden as well as acting as a business mentor as part of the government backed New Enterprise Allowance mentoring scheme.
