Mark specialises in corporate finance and company law. He advises on corporate and shareholder governance as well as the sale and purchase of companies and/or business assets.
Since joining the firm in January 2011 he has been involved in a number of major deals led by senior partners in the team. He has also become actively involved in the Charities & Education sector team.
