Laurel is an integral part of the residential conveyancing team, dealing with the majority of matters once contracts have been exchanged, although she is always happy to get involved with matters pre-exchange as required.
She prepares matters for completion including preparing completion statements, after exchange searches and requesting mortgage money or redemption statements. Post-completion Laurel then deals with submitting the Stamp Duty Land Tax return form to the Inland Revenue and registration at Land Registry.

In the real world … Laurel has three children to keep her very busy! When she gets the time, however, Laurel enjoys reading, playing tennis and socialising with friends.
