John continues to manage and administer a large number of high value estates and act as Trustee on long-established trusts with fellow professionals and other partners in the firm.
He advises on IHT savings schemes both inter vivos and post-death. He is an expert on the preparation of wills and has prepared a significant number over the course of the years, together with Powers of Attorney.
John was a Court of Protection/Office of Public Guardian panel deputy and still manages a large number of clients’ financial affairs, either as a Court of Protection deputy or as their appointed attorney.
