Francesca joined the vulnerable people team at asb law in 2013. During her time as a Trainee Solicitor, she completed seats within the corporate finance, property and private client teams before returning to the Vulnerable People team as a qualified Solicitor in March 2016.
Francesca has particular expertise in assisting elderly and vulnerable clients with the day-to-day management of their affairs, either under Power of Attorney or Court Order. She also advises on general private client matters, including tax planning, drafting wills, and the creation and administration of trusts.
Prior to joining asb law, Francesca graduated from the University of Brighton with First Class Honours in Law with Business Degree. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and worked in the legal/insurance industry dealing with various aspects of personal injury work.
In the real world . . . She enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on holiday (be it skiing or in the sun). Since finishing her studies, Francesca has been keen to get back into her favourite form of exercise - dancing - and is contemplating tap classes!
