Francesca advises in all aspects of planning law, providing strategic advice to developers and others on planning matters. She advises local authorities in respect of compulsory purchase, enforcement and other matters, and advises householders on planning issues relating to their homes. She also drafts highway agreements and Section 106 agreements.
She regularly appears at planning inquiries and advises clients in the criminal and civil courts in planning cases. She also has considerable experience relating to high court challenges.
Wider property experience relates closely to her planning and environmental background and includes proceedings in respect of injunctions for nuisance and trespass arising out of the development of land, and disputes in respect of Section106 agreements.
Francesca regularly gives training in predominantly contentious planning matters.
