Fiona has worked in the legal profession for 24 years, mainly in private practice and also in house for a large insurance company.
She has significant experience of both claimant and defendant work. Fiona has dealt with a very wide range of matters including defending travel liability claims, public liability, road traffic accidents, animal liability and clinical negligence. She has also acted for a number of public authorities in respect of employer’s liability claims involving stress, industrial disease, repetitive strain injury, manual handling and psychological injury as well as highway claims and housing related claims.
