Dominique joined asb aspire in November 2017 specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Prior to joining asb aspire Dominique spent 14 years with Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP.
Dominique’s role is to act for individuals who have sustained an injury as a result of an accident or negligent medical treatment. She has experience in claims arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work or in public/private places, injuries caused by defective products and negligent medical treatment. She has a particular experience in acting for clients who have sustained a brain injury or serious musculoskeletal injury.
Dominique is accredited by the Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme. She is also accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
She is treasurer for Kent Brain Injury Forum.
Dominique completed her law degree at Keele University before attending the College of Law in London to complete her legal practice course. She qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
In the real world . . . She is a keen netballer and plays regularly as well as being a qualified umpire.
