Debbie is a key member of our Travel team, advising on trading arrangements, terms and conditions of business, travel regulations, agency and distribution issues, data protection and privacy. She is also a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology team, which specialises in advice on intellectual property rights, IT, data protection, and confidentiality and information security issues.
She is the point of contact for asb brandprotect (fixed fee trade mark application package), and advises on collaboration and strategic alliance arrangements, agency and distribution contracts, manufacturing arrangements, terms and conditions of business, research and development contracts and licence agreements.
Debbie is a member of Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce and is a regular speaker on IT, intellectual property and travel law issues. She is also recognised as ‘an Associate to watch’ in the Chambers & Partners legal services directory.
