Davina manages commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion for a range of clients, including developers, government bodies, private corporate investors, institutions, corporate occupiers and charities.
Examples of Davina’s work include acting on the re-financing of a £23m property portfolio for a corporate occupier; acting for a government-backed company on the acquisition of brownfield sites for sustainable housing; acting for the largest music education charity in Kent on the disposal of its head-quarters for residential development and simultaneous acquisition of new leases of an office and warehouse units; and acting for prominent regional commercial and residential developers on land acquisitions and subsequent phase development and disposal of commercial units.
Davina is a member of Advance Maidstone, a business group of young professionals, and keeps abreast of market conditions by attending various property forums and corporate events.

In the real world… Davina is a keen swimmer and recently completed the Great North Swim on behalf of the Stroke Association. Already a confident French speaker, she is currently learning to speak Spanish. Her travel, however, can take her into more unusual territories: she has sailed through the backwaters of Kalimantan, and climbed Mount Kinabalu in Borneo.
