David has worked in the legal profession for over 40 years, specialising in personal injury work for the vast majority of that time, so there isn’t much he hasn’t seen.
He has dealt with all types of personal injury case including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability, Motor Insurers’ Bureau claims, and victims of criminal acts via the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

A founder member of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS), David is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

In the real world … David is married with two grown up children and three grandchildren. He’s managed to set foot on most continents world-wide and has combined his love of travelling with another great passion – football – to follow his team around Europe. When resting from globe trotting, David can be found spending time with his family in Kent and the Isle of Wight.
