Specialist in commercial landlord and tenant matters, secured lending transactions and property investment
Daniel acts for a variety of property clients including high street lenders, investors/landlords, insurance companies, commercial and residential developers, construction companies, pension funds, local authorities, and offshore companies. He deals with largely transactional work and secured lending for banks, but also re-gearing and variation of leases, together with other non-transactional matters such as easements and licences to assign/sub-let.
A large part of Daniel’s experience involves acting for developers, purchasers/tenants and funders of newly built commercial properties, including preparation of Agreements for Lease and Development Agreements alongside Leases and land transfers.

In the real world … Daniel is a game official for amateur American Football and can often be found out on the field at the weekends covering national or university league games all over London and the south east. He has been a game official at four national finals weekends, and has also covered high school and amateur games in Texas and Holland. In September 2011 he officiated at the National League Division 2 Final at Crystal Palace.
