Caroline trained with asb, qualifying in September 2010, and spent eight months working with Court of Protection clients looked after within our Vulnerable People team. More recently she has become involved in estate planning and administration, Will and Codicil drafting and inheritance tax planning and advising clients on Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She also enjoys dealing with foreign and cross-border issues.
Caroline is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is currently part-way through her exams. Caroline is also a member of the Private Client section of the Law Society.
