Specialist personal injury lawyer with a particular interest in brain injury and other complex claims

Barry has specialised in personal injury claims since 1993, initially for one of the largest direct insurers in the country, giving him a very particular insight and understanding of how insurers deal with claims. He has represented claimants exclusively for the past 13 years.

His experience spans everything from whiplash to fatal accidents.  He deals with all types of personal injury cases including brain injury and other injuries caused in road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability accidents, accidents abroad, occupiers liability cases and the victims of criminal acts via the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

One of Barry’s cases is listed as  G (A Child) v Purfleet Lions Football Club (20 February 2007)  reported in Halsbury`s Law September 2007 (07/2114).

Barry is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), and Kent Acquired Brain Injury Forum (KABIF).
