Balbir has specialised in personal injury claims since 2006. Before joining asb in 2008, she worked for a large insurance company where she gained experience of defending fraud claims and dealing with domestic household and commercial claims as well as travel and motor accidents. She therefore has a good understanding of how the insurance industry works.
Balbir’s broad experience of both claimant and defendant personal injury work includes accidents at works, public liability, accidents abroad and occupier’s liability cases. She is now exclusively concerned with representing claimants, and has particular expertise in road traffic accidents and Motor Insurers’ Bureau cases.
Balbir is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (Apil).
