Ashleigh specialises in advising the public sector on a full range of commercial transactions from routine procurements for goods and services to major, complex, high value and innovative projects. She has drafted and negotiated a large range of public sector commercial contracts including tender documentation for services, works and supplies, framework, service level, collaboration, section 75 partnership, grant funding, joint venture and voluntary organisation agreements. Ashleigh has also advised on numerous issues including EU procurement directives and law. She is a regular speaker on procurement issues.
