Andrew has dealt with a wide range of technical commercial disputes over his career. He has a particular focus on advising directors and shareholders on their personal rights and liabilities and pursuing and defending allegations of fraud and misconduct.
Andrew also has extensive experience in advising on and handling injunctions, particularly applying for urgent injunctive relief to preserve evidence, freeze assets and secure disclosure.
Having enjoyed an extended period of secondment with British Telecommunications plc in 2016 and 2017, Andrew has first-hand insight into the challenges and issues faced by General Counsel. He worked within BT’s award-winning in-house litigation team, assisting in investigatory work and advising on a variety of commercial and telecoms disputes.
Andrew's commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution focuses on achieving the best commercial outcome for clients. He prides himself on getting to grips with complex issues quickly and delivering his clients’ objectives with minimum fuss.
In the real world … he is a keen sportsman. Andrew plays football (only 6-a-side these days) and enjoys golfing and running. He has two young children who keep him busy.
