With his background in both commercial and civil law, Andrew has a particular specialism in fraud and delinquent directors, and is uniquely qualified to advise both victims of fraud and directors or other individuals who are accused of offences relating to white collar crime. He has extensive experience advising the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills in respect of directors disqualification proceedings.
He is the point of contact for the asb emergency fraud response and is available 24 hours a day should you require urgent advice as a victim of fraud.
Andrew is an accredited police station representative and a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel. He regularly speaks on subjects related to fraud, bribery, insolvency and directors disqualification.
