Quality improvement is at the heart of our business ethos.

Independent assessment measures (ISO 9001) and a dedicated Quality Manager ensure that our customer service meets and exceeds expectations.

Beyond normal measures, the asb Accord champions four simple principles which underlie our operations and are promoted throughout the firm:

The legal directories

Two leading directories independently research and report on the UK legal profession each year – Chambers & Partners, and Legal 500. 

Between them they recommend the firm in some 14 specialist areas, and the 2012 edition of Chambers & Partners (published October 2011) recognises 16 of our partners and lawyers as ‘Leaders in their Field’.

And just to reinforce our reputation, 14 partners and lawyers are also recognised as 'Legal Experts' in the Legal Experts UK directory.
