The firm’s practices and procedures comply with the SRA’s business management standards, and our commitment to quality is further evidenced by the time and effort invested in the maintenance of the nationally and internationally recognised quality control system, ISO 9001:2015, and by the fact that we employ a dedicated Risk & Compliance team.
Our long standing ISO accreditation, held since the firm’s formation, means that tried and tested procedures are in place to ensure that client requirements are met and corrective action taken if any non-conformance or inadequacy is identified.
We submit to twice yearly external examinations of our systems to ensure compliance. We also submit our files to (internal) quarterly file reviews to check compliance from a Solicitors Regulation Authority.
The Risk & Compliance team addresses all risk and quality issues as they arise and undertakes an annual review of compliance with SRA Code of Conduct. The integrity of our decision-making and the quality of advice we give comes from a combination of active partner supervision, supported by regular file reviews and by our case management system, which serves as a risk management tool for the firm and its clients.
