At asb law we are serious about recruiting the best talent and work tirelessly to ensure that we deliver the best possible candidate experience. Whilst we seek to fill as many roles as possible directly, occasionally we do require support and assistance from external agencies. We take the view that any external recruitment agency that we choose to engage with should act as an external member of our internal team and demonstrate the same mind set of wanting to provide the very best candidate experience.
With the above in mind, we have created a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of trusted partners to help us when required. This means that any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions sent outside of our PSL or not through the correct asb law recruitment process (please see below) will be treated as gifts.
The internal recruitment team is always happy to receive email correspondence from new agencies wishing to engage with us, this correspondence should be sent to email@example.com. Please note that at this current time our internal recruitment team do not wish to receive any sales calls. All email correspondence will be reviewed and a member of the team will get back to you.
The recruitment policy at asb law is that ALL recruitment correspondence goes through the internal recruitment team and not via our Managers and Partners so we kindly request that you do not contact them directly. Any agency found bypassing our recruitment process may result in us terminating our working relationship with you.
