Our purpose, as a leading and innovative law and consultancy firm, is to break the mould. We seek to challenge the conventional thinking that has taken hold around the delivery of legal services in search of better ways of servicing the needs of our target clients.
Innovation and collaboration are two of our core values. We have been nominated for a number of innovation awards this year and our standout delivery model was recognised in the 2016 Financial Times’ report on the 50 most innovative law firms in Europe.
We operate from offices in Sussex and Kent but our client base is not defined by our geographic footprint. We act for a broad range of listed and privately owned companies and a significant number of mid and high-net-worth individuals.
Our core target client is an in-house legal team that has more work than budget and is interested in exploring how it can partner with a progressive law firm in order to deliver greater value to the business. In addition to delivering legal services we work with some in-house teams to help them transform the way in which legal services are delivered to the business.
We have led the way with organizational and behavioural changes that are designed to ensure our lawyers are closer to our clients and aligned with their objectives. We have discarded the outdated production-driven model of a law firm that values chargeable inputs above all else.
In line with our market-driven strategy, we are investing in people who share our sense of purpose and want to re-write the way in which legal services are delivered.
