Practice Makes Perfect is an innovative approach to delivering workplace skills and knowledge to line managers with day-to-day responsibility for teams of employees.
Line managers often assume people management responsibilities without having received any training on handling such conversations. The only practice they get comes with the first real-life situation they have to manage – when making a mistake could set off a chain of events that leads straight to a tribunal claim!
