The term ‘Probate’ is used to describe obtaining authorisation to act in the administration of a person’s estate after they have died.  This can be an emotional and stressful time, particularly if you, as an executor, are having to collect the assets, pay debts, complete inheritance tax forms and distribute to the beneficiaries.

At asb law, we have a wide range of experience in dealing with estates of varying sizes and degrees of complexity.  We have particular expertise in dealing with  estates where assets are located in a number of different countries, and those involving business interests.

Whatever the size or complexity of the estate, we will be able to assist you through the various stages, from ascertaining the size of the estate, obtaining the legal documentation required to administer the estate, to preparing full Estate Accounts and where appropriate, effecting post-death variations.
