If the answer is yes to either of these questions, then this event is for you!  Using case studies and desk top activities this one-day event, sponsored by asb law, will take you through the basics of contracting and financial protection and will enable you to put the theory into practice.

 

This seminar will:

  • Outline the contractual basics in the travel industry, including written and verbal contracts and customer and supplier contracts

  • Take delegates through the mechanics of a contract

  • Highlight the difference between an agent and a principal

  • Explain the details of financial protection

  • Provide you with practical examples and desk top exercises to put the theory into practice

  • Give you an opportunity to network with other delegates during the day
