Claims involving discrimination of all forms are escalating in scale and number and there are compelling ethical, business and legal reasons for diversity awareness in the workplace. The combination of all strands of discrimination into one Equality Act will consolidate the rights of employees and, perhaps introduce some unintended or unexpected consquences.
This workshop will review and consider the implications of recent case law and the forthcoming changes in legislation. We will also consider how to undertake a thorough audit to ensure compliance and increase your standing as an employer.
